Together with Rob White (Maritime Films UK) we produced a series of short recruitment films for the British Chamber of Shipping and Merchant Navy Training Board.

The concept was to capture real people working in the maritime and present them in a vibrant, exciting style that would appeal to teenagers.  

Filming took place all over the UK on a variety of vessels including a cruise ship, oil tanker and cross channel ferry. The most challenging shoot involved the crew spending a week onboard Royal Fleet Auxiliary Ship Tidespring, at the end of which they were left stranded on a remote Scottish Loch.

Editing and post production was completed with the films being mastered for both social media and television advertising.

The campaign started running in November 2024.
